Join the fight for a malaria-free Nigeria

Together, we can end malaria in Nigeria

In 2020, there were an estimated 64.7 million cases of malaria in Nigeria. On average, two of our brothers and sisters get sick with this preventable disease every second. 80% of malaria deaths are children under the age of 5 years old.

Malaria is a drain on our health, our economy, and our future. That is why we have come together to end malaria. Once and for all.

Who we are

We are a forum of national leaders from government, the private sector, and civil society committed to helping our great nation achieve its goal of controlling and eliminating malaria.

Learn More About How We End Malaria

Actions taken over the past two decades have significantly decreased malaria incidence and mortality in Nigeria. Since 2000, 228 million cases of malaria have been avoided and 2.6 million lives have been saved. These efforts are led by the National Malaria Elimination Programme of the Federal Ministry of Health—our lead implementing partner.
